Find out your goal setting style here
1. When you think about setting goals, what's the first feeling that comes to mind?
A. Excitement! I love the challenge of reaching for something new.
B. Overwhelm. There's just too much to do, and I don't know where to start.
C. Meh. Goals feel limiting, and I prefer to go with the flow.
2. How often do you actually write down your goals?
A. Regularly! I have a vision board and a goal planner.
B. Rarely. It feels too rigid and might change anyway.
C. Never. I don't need a piece of paper to tell me what I want.
3. When faced with a setback on a goal, you tend to:
A. Analyse what went wrong and adjust my strategy.
B. Get discouraged and lose motivation.
C. See it as a sign the goal wasn't meant to be and move on.
4. How do you typically measure progress towards your goals?
A. I set specific milestones and track them regularly.
B. I have a vague sense of "getting closer" but lack concrete metrics.
C. Progress isn't a big focus. I just enjoy the journey.
5. Imagine achieving a major goal. What feeling resonates most with you?
A. Deep satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
B. Relief that the pressure is finally off.
C. Excitement for the possibilities this achievement unlocks.
